CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
When you book an appointment with Hottes Hair, we set that time and stylist aside just for you.
If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up at all, it impacts on us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients that have been turned away because we were fully booked.
In the event that a client wishes to cancel/ move an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required prior to the booking time. This allows us time fill the vacancy.
Should notice not be provided within the required time frame, an amount of $100 will be charged.
In order to secure your appointment, we require a credit card at the time of booking for any service. Please do not request changes to our policy as refusal may offend.
Booking an appointment at Hottes Hair is an acknowledgement of these conditions.
